At AIMRech Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality Digital Marketing, Branding, IT, and AI-based services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellation of services and refund eligibility.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are not issued for work already initiated, delivered, or completed. Once project planning, resource allocation, or execution has begun, the associated service fees become non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to info@aimrech.com.

  • Before project commencement: A refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges.
  • After the project work has started: No refund will be provided, regardless of project stage, time invested, or deliverables completed.
  • Monthly Retainer / Subscription Services: If canceled, the service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No proration or partial-period refunds are provided.

3. Delays from Client End

If the client delays:

  • Providing required content, credentials, approvals, or communication
  • Responding in a timely manner

The project timeline may be extended, but no refund will be granted. Lack of response for more than 30 days may lead to automatic project closure without refund.

4. Quality & Revision Policy

We ensure revisions based on the defined project scope. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

A refund cannot be requested on the basis of:

  • Personal preference changes
  • Subjective dissatisfaction after approved milestones
  • Change of business strategy or direction mid-project

5. Cancellation by AIMRech Private Limited

We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse service if:

  • The client engages in unethical, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
  • The project requirements violate legal or compliance guidelines
  • Payment terms are not honored

In such cases, refunds may be evaluated at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Purchases
  • Hosting Services
  • Third-Party Software Licenses
  • Paid Advertising / Campaign Spend (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Creative Conceptualization & Strategy Work
  • Consultation Fees
